Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lemon juice.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
