- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- In a bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked chicken to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
- Spoon the chicken and lettuce mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly to form wraps.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can grill the chicken instead of pan-frying it.
- Add croutons to the filling for added crunch.
- Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for an even faster meal.
