- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes and sliced smoked sausage.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the potatoes and sausage. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned, and the sausage is heated through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like onions or bell peppers if you like.
- For crispier potatoes, you can roast them separately before adding the sausage and sauce.
