Description
Make a cold vanilla sweet cream latte similar to the Starbucks version at home.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee or cold brew concentrate
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon milk (for the cream)
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool completely.
- In a small bowl, combine the heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of milk, and powdered sugar. Whisk until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. This is your sweet cream.
- In a glass, combine the cooled coffee, 1/2 cup of milk, and vanilla syrup. Stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Slowly pour the prepared sweet cream over the top of the drink.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust vanilla syrup to your preferred sweetness level.
- Use whole milk for the richest sweet cream texture.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use less milk in the base mixture.
