  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cooked quinoa thoroughly.
  2. Combine rinsed quinoa, water, and sweetener in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher. Discard the solids.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract. Chill the quinoa milk.
  5. Fill a glass with ice.
  6. Pour the chilled coffee or espresso over the ice.
  7. Add the chilled quinoa milk to the glass. Stir gently.
