A simple recipe for homemade lemon pepper seasoning.

- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Dry the lemon zest completely. You can do this by leaving it out at room temperature for a few hours or by using a dehydrator on a low setting.
- Grind the dried lemon zest, black peppercorns, and salt together in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle until you reach your desired consistency.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- For a finer grind, you can sift the mixture after grinding.
- Adjust the salt and pepper ratio to your preference.
