 - Optional: 1 jalapeño, minced (seeds removed for less heat)
 
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
 - Use a fork to mash the avocados, leaving some chunks for texture.
 - Stir in the chopped red onion, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño if using.
 - Add fresh lime juice and salt to taste, then stir until well combined.
 - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve immediately or store with plastic wrap pressed against the surface.

- Use ripe avocados that yield slightly to pressure for the best texture.
 - For extra freshness, add a thin layer of lime juice or water before storing to prevent browning.
