Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water (or more, for thinning)

Instructions

  1. Place the parsley, basil, chives, and tarragon into a food processor. Pulse until the herbs are finely chopped.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
  3. Process until the dressing is smooth.
  4. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, while processing until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and chill before serving.
