A fresh, herb-based dressing recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water (or more, for thinning)
Instructions
- Place the parsley, basil, chives, and tarragon into a food processor. Pulse until the herbs are finely chopped.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
- Process until the dressing is smooth.
- Add water, one tablespoon at a time, while processing until you reach your desired consistency.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and chill before serving.
Notes
- This dressing keeps well in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Adjust lemon juice amount to suit your taste preference.
