Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and melted.
- Serve immediately.
