- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the almond milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares.
Notes
- For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- You can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
