Ingredients

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, packed
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the Greek yogurt, parsley, chives, basil, tarragon, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender.
- Process the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste the dip and adjust salt or lemon juice if necessary.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a thinner consistency, add 1-2 tablespoons of water or milk while blending.
- This dip keeps well in the refrigerator for up to four days.
