Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Mix ranch dressing, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.
