  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Lightly oil the grill grates.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place chicken thighs skin-side down on the hot grill. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side.
