A flavorful and easy-to-make dip featuring green olives.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pitted green olives
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine olives, Greek yogurt, parsley, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is mostly smooth but still has some texture.
- Drizzle in the olive oil and pulse a few more times to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with crackers, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
