Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place spinach, cucumber, parsley, lemon juice, and ginger into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass to remove pulp.
- Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the strained green juice over the ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add 1 teaspoon of agave nectar before blending.
- Adjust the amount of ginger to your preference for spice.
