Description

Simple, no-bake cookie dough bites made with Greek yogurt for a lighter treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until creamy.
  3. Beat in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until just combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Roll the chilled dough into small, bite-sized balls.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
