Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk or orange juice.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use fresh peaches and add 3-4 ice cubes.
- Adjust honey amount to your preferred sweetness level.
