- 1 gluten-free pizza crust (pre-made or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to your gluten-free crust instructions, usually around 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Dust a pizza pan or stone with cornmeal.
- Place the crust on the prepared pan.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the crumbled bacon pieces over the cheese.
- Bake for the time specified on the crust package, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle the hot honey over the top.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- If you do not have pre-made hot honey, mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes and let it sit for 10 minutes before using.
