Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
