Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil and minced garlic until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Return the cauliflower to the oven and roast for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are lightly browned and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
