Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy snack or appetizer.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain fat.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
- Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese onto each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end, to enclose the filling. Pinch edges to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use different types of cheese.
- Add other seasonings to the meat mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
