Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese onto each triangle.
  6. Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end, to enclose the filling. Pinch edges to seal.
  7. Place on a baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the bombs.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
