- 2 bagels, sliced horizontally
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill), chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bagel halves.
- If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the topping is lightly golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use dried herbs if fresh are not available.
