- 1 pre-made pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, and salt.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheeses over the sauce.
- Drizzle the garlic herb oil mixture over the cheese topping.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh herbs for dried herbs, using double the amount.
