Description

A refreshing, simple juice made from watermelon, cucumber, and mint.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes, cucumber pieces, and mint leaves into a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. If you prefer a thinner juice, add a small amount of water and blend again.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing down on the solids to extract all liquid. Discard the pulp.
  5. Stir in the lime juice, if using.
  6. Chill the juice before serving.

Notes

  • For a colder drink, freeze some of the watermelon cubes before blending.
