Description
A refreshing, simple juice made from watermelon, cucumber, and mint.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Place the watermelon cubes, cucumber pieces, and mint leaves into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- If you prefer a thinner juice, add a small amount of water and blend again.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing down on the solids to extract all liquid. Discard the pulp.
- Stir in the lime juice, if using.
- Chill the juice before serving.
Notes
- For a colder drink, freeze some of the watermelon cubes before blending.
- Adjust the amount of mint based on your taste preference.
