			- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 large onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed French onion soup
 - 1 cup cooked white rice
 - 1/2 cup beef broth
 - 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
 - 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
 - Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
 - Stir in condensed French onion soup and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
 - Add cooked white rice and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
 - Top with shredded Swiss and Gruyere cheeses.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use a mix of Gruyere and Swiss cheese.
 - Freshly chopped parsley can be added as a garnish.
 - This casserole can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
