Ingredients

- 6 bagels, halved
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place bagel halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add your desired toppings to each bagel half.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- To freeze: Let cooked pizzas cool completely. Place in a freezer-safe bag or container, separating layers with parchment paper if stacking. Freeze for up to 1 month.
- To reheat from frozen: Remove from bag. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through.
