- 4 packets (3 oz each) of flavored gelatin (strawberry, lime, orange, and blueberry)
- 4 cups boiling water
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup cold water (for the milk layer)
Instructions
- Dissolve one flavored gelatin packet in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in 1 cup cold water, then pour into a glass dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
- Repeat steps 1-2 with the remaining flavors, layering each after the previous one sets.
- For the milk layer, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the mixture until dissolved, then stir in sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour over the set gelatin layers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use clear glass dishes for a colorful layered effect.
- Chill each layer completely before adding the next one.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing condensed milk if needed.
