Instructions

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for Vanilla Cake. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk to creamed mixture. Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch cake pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for Brownies. Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in cocoa powder. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to chocolate mixture. Stir in chocolate chips if using. Spread into an 8×8 inch baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- For No-Bake Cheesecake, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into serving dishes or a graham cracker crust. Chill for at least 2 hours. Top with graham cracker crumbs before serving.
