Description

Flavorfully Fantastic Chicken Salad is a creamy, crunchy, and fresh dish made with grapes, walnuts, celery, and tender chicken. Perfect for lunch, meal prep, or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add cooked, chopped chicken to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add grapes, celery, red onion, walnuts, and parsley to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled on greens, in a sandwich, wrap, or with crackers.
