Description
Flavorfully Fantastic Chicken Salad is a creamy, crunchy, and fresh dish made with grapes, walnuts, celery, and tender chicken. Perfect for lunch, meal prep, or gatherings.

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add cooked, chopped chicken to a large mixing bowl.
- Add grapes, celery, red onion, walnuts, and parsley to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and mix until evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled on greens, in a sandwich, wrap, or with crackers.
Notes
- For a lighter version, replace mayo with Greek yogurt or use half of each.
- Toast walnuts for extra depth of flavor.
- Great with diced apples or dried cranberries added in.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Not suitable for freezing due to texture changes.
