			- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
 - Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter.
 - Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
 - Return chicken to the pan and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to soak in the flavors.
 - Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.

- Use a meat thermometer—internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
 - Swap chicken breasts for thighs for extra juiciness.
