Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to soak in the flavors.
  6. Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
