  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add ice water gradually until dough forms.
  4. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a saucepan.
  6. Cook over medium heat until thickened, then cool.
  7. Roll dough into squares.
  8. Spoon filling onto each square.
  9. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  10. Brush with egg wash.
  11. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
