- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, egg, and milk until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the wet mixture, letting excess drip off.
- In a separate shallow dish, mix the everything bagel seasoning and Parmesan cheese, if using.
- Dredge the coated cauliflower florets in the seasoning mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
Notes
- Serve immediately with a side of ranch or plain Greek yogurt dip.
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the bites lightly with cooking spray before baking.
