Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, egg, and milk until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the wet mixture, letting excess drip off.
  5. In a separate shallow dish, mix the everything bagel seasoning and Parmesan cheese, if using.
