Description
A simple, refreshing smoothie made with strawberries and coconut milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, water, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) into a blender.
- Secure the lid on the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use chilled coconut milk.
- You can substitute fresh strawberries for frozen, but add 3-4 ice cubes for texture.
