Instructions
- Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each muffin half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Crack one egg into the center of each muffin half. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
