- 2 cups cheese tortellini
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add cubed chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Velveeta until melted and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
