Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Combine spinach, blueberries, Greek yogurt, and milk in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add honey if desired and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thinner smoothie, add more milk.
- For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen blueberries or a few ice cubes.
