Ingredients

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (any color)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8–10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, bell pepper, green onions, black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the rolls to firm up.
- Once chilled, unwrap the tortillas and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a serving platter.

- You can substitute other finely chopped vegetables like carrots, celery, or jalapeños.
- Add cooked and crumbled bacon or ham for a meatier variation.
