Ingredients

- 3 mandarins (peeled)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- Blend mandarins, eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth.
- Add flour and baking powder, blend until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
