Description
Easy casserole with hamburger, potatoes, and vegetables.

			- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 4 cups sliced potatoes
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Brown ground beef with onion in a large skillet. Drain fat.
 - Stir in soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
 - Layer half the potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - Spread half the meat mixture over potatoes.
 - Repeat layers.
 - Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
 - Uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 15 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
 
Notes
- You can use other vegetables like corn or peas.
 - Adjust seasoning to your taste.
