  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 2 eggs, beaten (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add peas and carrots. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
