Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeños
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Ranch Drizzle: 1/4 cup ranch dressing, 1 tbsp milk
  • Optional: Black olives for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 8 equal portions and flatten into patties.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapeños, and garlic. Mix well.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto 4 of the patties. Top with the remaining 4 patties and press edges to seal, creating stuffed burgers.
  4. Cook burgers on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, top each burger with a slice of cheddar cheese and cover to melt.
  6. Toast the slider buns.
  7. Mix ranch dressing with milk for the drizzle.
  8. Assemble the burgers: place a cheese-topped patty on the bottom bun, add cooked bacon, then top with the other bun. Drizzle with ranch.
  9. Decorate with black olive “eyes” for a Halloween theme if desired.
