- 1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce for dipping
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- Brush the surface of the dough lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the dough evenly with garlic powder and dried oregano.
- Cut the dough into small, bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch square.
- Place the dough pieces onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small space between them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the dough is puffed and lightly golden brown.
- While the dippers bake, melt the butter.
- Remove the dippers from the oven. Brush the tops immediately with the melted butter.
- If using cheese, sprinkle mozzarella over the hot dippers and return to the oven for 1 minute until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of salt to the melted butter for extra flavor.
- Use your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
