Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F.
- Mix flour, milk, egg, vanilla, and baking powder to make a batter.
- Dip each marshmallow into the batter, coating completely.
- Carefully place coated marshmallows into the hot oil.
- Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
