Description
Tender and flavorful baby back ribs cooked low and slow on the BBQ.
Ingredients

- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to low heat (around 225°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill, meaty side up.
- Close the lid and cook for 2-3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra tender ribs, wrap them in foil after 2 hours of cooking and continue to cook for another hour before adding the BBQ sauce.
- You can use your favorite BBQ sauce for this recipe.
