Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rinsed chickpeas, diced mango, chopped red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), curry powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chickpea and mango mixture.
