A refreshing, non-alcoholic drink featuring cucumber, ginger, and mint flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener (optional)
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the chopped cucumber, sliced ginger, mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar (if using) into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing down on the solids to extract all the liquid. Discard the solids.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
- Divide the cucumber-ginger-mint liquid evenly between the two glasses.
- Top each glass with sparkling water or club soda.
- Stir gently and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a stronger ginger flavor, increase the ginger amount to 1.5 inches.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste preference.
- If you do not have sparkling water, use plain cold water.
