- 6 hoagie rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Place beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle au jus gravy mix and onion soup mix over the roast.
- Pour beef broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred the beef with two forks.
- Toast hoagie rolls and top with beef and provolone cheese.
