Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Description

A simple, warm dip made with chicken, hot sauce, and cheese, cooked in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in the bottom of a small slow cooker.
  2. Top the cream cheese with the shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
  3. Stir the ingredients together until combined.
  4. Cook on low for 2 hours or on high for 1 hour, stirring halfway through.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve warm with chips or vegetables.

Notes

  • You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch dressing if you prefer.
  • For a thicker dip, cook uncovered for the last 15 minutes.
