Ingredients

  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, or fish), finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix seafood, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape mixture into small balls or patties.
  3. Dip each piece in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry poppers until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.
