Instructions

- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them into thin circles.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.
